Devika Gharge

Devika Gharge is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in driving user experience design across various sectors. Currently serving as a UX Consultant at Ultraviolette Automotive since February 2024, Devika leads UX projects through different stages of the customer journey. Prior to this role, Devika was the Associate Director of UX at PayU from March 2018 to October 2023, focusing on strategic initiatives within the Fintech landscape in India and managing platforms for scalability. Other roles at PayU included Senior Manager UX, UX Manager, and Senior UX Designer, where responsibilities ranged from team management to individual project contributions. Devika's earlier experience involves positions as Lead Design Originator at Interspace Solutions and Senior UX Designer at Human Factors International, showcasing expertise in design and user experience. Devika holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from the National Institute of Design.
