Reuben George

Reuben George is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and CRM, currently serving as the Vice President at Ultraviolette Automotive since February 2024. Prior to this role, Reuben held several key positions at Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd., including Head of Customer Experience & CRM, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end customer journey, restructuring the Contact Centre and Business Development Centre, and achieving significant sales growth as Zonal Head of Sales. Reuben also led retail marketing initiatives, drove the implementation of Salesforce CRM, and played a pivotal role in corporate communications for numerous product launches. Earlier experience includes project management at Quadrum Solutions Ltd. and sales management at IDBI Fortis Life Insurance.
