Roger R. Owens

Roger R. Owens is a seasoned executive in the medical sales and marketing field, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Ultromics since December 2023, where responsibilities include commercial strategy for AI-powered heart failure detection. Prior to this role, Owens held the position of Vice President of Commercial Sales, Marketing, and Operations at Cardiva Medical, overseeing the vascular closure device product line until its acquisition by Haemonetics in 2021. Owens has also held various leadership roles at Cardiva Medical, Abbott Vascular, and Boston Scientific, focusing on driving sales growth, managing P&L, and developing strategic partnerships. Owens holds a Master’s degree in Cardiac Physiology, a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio University.
