Matt Wierichs currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Management at Ulysses Development Group. Prior to this, Matt held positions such as Director of Asset Management at Overland Property Group and Vice President - Capital Transactions & Asset Management at Alden Torch Financial. Matt gained experience in acquisition and underwriting roles at Integrated Asset Services, Associated Banc-Corp, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Matt holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a B.B.A. in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
