Prior to this, Richard worked as a Digital Marketer and Content Creator at Better Pathways and took on freelance positions as a copywriter and affiliate marketer. Richard's early career included roles at Bareface Media and 7digital, where Richard developed digital strategies and marketing initiatives. Richard holds a Master of Arts in Future Media and a Bachelor of Science in Sound Engineering and Production, both from Birmingham City University.
