Alice Ursini

Alice Ursini has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alice is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of UMA, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to UMA, Alice worked at Citi as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst from July 2019 to January 2021. Alice also gained experience in finance as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Corporate Finance at Tufts University - The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy from September to December 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Impact Investing Summer Analyst at Oltre Venture from May to August 2018 and as an Investment Analyst at MIINT Certificate of Completion from September 2017 to May 2018. Alice also had internship experiences at Start-Up Chile as an Acceleration Intern from June to August 2017 and at Vera Solutions as a Spring Intern from February to May 2017.

Alice Ursini began their education by earning an International Baccalaureate Diploma from St. Stephen's School of Rome from 2009 to 2013. Alice then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Development Economics at SOAS University of London from 2013 to 2016. Following that, Alice attended The Fletcher School at Tufts University where they obtained a Master of International Business degree from 2017 to 2019, with a specialization in International Finance and Banking as well as Development Economics.
