Beverly Beard

Beverly Beard is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in education, communications, production, and post-production management. Since February 2012, Beverly has served as the Director of Education and Communications at Umchaka Media, Inc. From January 2003 to January 2012, Beverly held various roles, including Producer, Director, and Post Production Manager at Cinevisionusa, Inc., where Beverly co-directed the educational documentary series "Faith and Fate, the Story of the Jewish People in the 20th Century." Earlier career highlights include supporting numerous international corporate clients as an Independent Producer and Art Director from January 1990 to December 2003. Beverly's portfolio features collaborations with prominent brands such as Disney, Coca Cola, and IBM, in addition to a tenure as a senior television editor at the South African Broadcasting Corporation. Beverly is an alumnus of the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
