Anna Torri

Anna Torri has extensive experience in the fields of active labor policies and human resources. Currently, as the Coordinator for Active Labor Policies at UMANA SPA since December 2013, Anna oversees a team of seven labor market operators across several provinces, focusing on project supervision, budget management, and personnel training. Prior to this role, Anna held various positions at M.R.COSTANTINO&PARTNERS from November 2010 to November 2013, including HR Consultant and Outplacement/Retraining specialist, where responsibilities ranged from career counseling to the design and delivery of training programs for graduates and job seekers. Anna's early career included an internship at ARCHIVIO DEDALUS, where event organization and editorial tasks were completed. Anna holds a Master's degree in Philosophical Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the Università degli Studi di Milano, along with a linguistic diploma from Liceo Linguistico G.Bertacchi in Lecco.
