Laurent Piepszownik is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Lille, with a Ph.D. in Petroleum Chemistry, Laurent Piepszownik began his career as an engineer at EDF. He founded Umanis in 1990 and is still the current Chairman and CEO. He is also a member of the Institut de Mentorat Entrepreneurial of Ile de France.
