Hart Lambur has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 when they worked as a Summer Technical Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Hart then joined Columbia University in the City of New York as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant in the Computer Science Department. In 2005, Lambur returned to Goldman Sachs as an Interest Rate Trader, focusing on the 5-10 year sector and engaging in proprietary trading activities. Hart worked there until 2013. After leaving Goldman Sachs, Lambur founded Openfolio, a personal finance tracking platform that was eventually acquired by Stone Ridge Asset Management in 2017. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the CEO and Founder of Openfolio. In 2018, Lambur held various roles, including Co-Founder at UMA, a decentralized financial contracts platform, Director at Risk Labs Foundation, and Pledger at Founders Pledge.
Hart Lambur completed their high school education at Upper Canada College. Hart then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, which they successfully obtained between 2001 and 2005.
