Henry Balanza

Henry Balanza is an experienced information services manager at CalOptima since May 2017, responsible for strategic planning and project management of technology initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical quality and operational outcomes. Additionally, since September 2012, Henry serves as a web programmer at Brandman University - Chapman University System, focusing on the analysis and development of software applications and complex relational databases. Previously, Henry held various roles at UC Irvine, including project manager and associate director, where responsibilities included managing projects and providing business intelligence solutions for executive level clients. Henry holds an MBA in Information Systems from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from UC Irvine.
