Saskia Knight

Executive Vice Chancellor for Enrollment and Student Affairs at UMass Global

Saskia Knight serves as executive vice chancellor for enrollment and student affairs at Brandman University. Her responsibilities include managing all aspects of enrollment management for Brandman University, including admissions outreach, retention, advising and the student conduct process. She also coordinates shared student services such as financial aid and marketing.

Prior to her current position, Knight served as Chapman University's vice president, dean of enrollment services and registrar. She joined Chapman in 1988 from California State University, Dominguez Hills where she was an associate registrar and instructor. In addition, Knight served in admissions and records at California State University, Fullerton and within the registrar's office at Pepperdine University. She also taught Public Administration at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Knight has spoken at the Pacific Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, the American Council on Education, the National Enrollment Management Institute and the National Conference on Student Retention. She has co-authored articles on student satisfaction and retention in the American Council of Education Journals and the Journal of College Student Retention.

Knight holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from California State University at Fullerton and a Bachelor's Degree in American History and Political Science from University of California at Santa Barbara. She is a member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, the Pacific Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, the National Academic Advising Association.
