Irene Weeks

Irene Weeks is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on nursing leadership and women's and neonatal services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Women's and Neonatal Services at UMass Memorial Medical Center since July 2024, Irene previously held the position of Vice President of Nursing at Nashoba Valley Medical Center from January 2020 to July 2024. Prior to that, Irene was the Director of Emergency Services at Holy Family Hospital and has experience in critical care and nursing education at Nashoba Valley Medical Center. Irene began their career at UMass Memorial Medical Center as a Staff RN in the Emergency Department. Irene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
