Lauren E. Duffy

Lauren E. Duffy, MBA, serves as the Executive Vice President and COO at UMassFive College Federal Credit Union, where they oversee key areas including Lending, Operations, Information Technology, Marketing, and Compliance. They also chair the Board of Directors at Member Advantage Mortgage and have been involved in various management roles within the credit union. Duffy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Mount Holyoke College and recently earned an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Passionate about the credit union movement, Duffy excels in Leadership, Strategic Planning, Change Management, and Vendor Relations.
