Alec Shebiel

Alec Shebiel serves as the Director of Government Affairs at Umatilla Electric Cooperative since January 2018, while also holding a position as Of Counsel at Lindsay Hart Neil & Weigler, LLP since August 2012. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Vestas-American Wind Technology from 2008 to 2012 and as a Partner at Garvey Schubert Barer from 1999 to 2008. Alec Shebiel earned a Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law between 1992 and 1994 and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science & Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1986 to 1991.
