Karsten Sauerwald

Karsten Sauerwald has extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT services sectors, currently serving in multiple leadership roles at UMB AG since March 2012, including Head of Professional Services, Head of Communication Services, CTO Communication & Collaboration, and Head of Competence Center. Prior to UMB AG, Karsten held the position of Teamleader Professional Services at Sunrise Communications AG for a brief period in early 2012, and spent a decade at NextiraOne Schweiz GmbH in similar leadership roles. Karsten's career began at HOC House of Communication GmbH as a System Engineer Voice, later advancing to a System Expert Voice at Alcatel eBD Schweiz AG from 1999 to 2002.
