Amy Polen

Amy Polen is an accomplished Corporate Events Manager at UMB Bank since November 2024, bringing extensive experience in event planning and management. Previously, Amy served as Director of Special Events at Great Jobs KC, where responsibilities included enhancing the KC Scholars brand, managing event budgets, and fostering vendor relationships. Prior roles also included Director of Annual Leadership Giving and Development Coordinator, focusing on donor engagement and fundraising strategies. Leadership experience extends to serving as President of BOTAR, a women’s leadership organization, and Vice President of BOTAR Activities. Amy's career began in event management roles at Sprint PCS and the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The University of Kansas.
