Colleen Squire

Colleen Squire, CRCM, is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Institutional Banking Compliance at UMB Bank since January 2016, Colleen has held various leadership roles including Director of Risk and Compliance for Healthcare Services and Vice President/Manager of Compliance and Oversight for Consumer Banking. Prior to UMB Bank, Colleen worked at U.S. Bank from August 2007 to January 2016, where roles included District Operations Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Customer Service Manager. Colleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and an Associate's Degree in Finance from Johnson County Community College.
