Crystal Howe

Crystal Howe has extensive experience in marketing and customer service, currently serving as VP/Senior Segment Marketing Manager at UMB Bank since August 2012, with previous roles including VP/Segment Marketing Manager and AVP/Segment Marketing Manager. Crystal's career also includes positions at Sun Tan City as Assistant Salon Director, where responsibilities included inventory management and client relations, and as an Office Assistant Volunteer for the Cedar Falls Historical Society. Earlier roles at U.S. Cellular involved inventory coordination and retail consulting, focusing on customer needs and sales goals. Crystal holds a Master of Science in Journalism with a specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications from The University of Kansas, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Iowa.
