Jen Wilson has over a decade of experience in banking and customer service, currently serving as a Business Line Technical Manager at UMB Bank since June 2010, where strategies for customer service and team performance enhancement are prioritized. Previous roles at UMB Bank include Call Center Supervisor for Healthcare, Card Quality Assurance Analyst, and Healthcare Services Team Lead. Prior to UMB Bank, Jen held positions at Walmart as a Commercial Client Services Department Manager, and Circuit City, as well as at Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Co. as a Customer Service Supervisor. Jen holds an Associate’s Degree from Metropolitan Community College-Blue River, earned between 2003 and 2005.
