Katy O'Donovan

Katy O'Donovan is an accomplished communication professional with extensive experience in external communications and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior External Communication Manager at UMB Bank since May 2023, Katy has previously held significant roles at JE Dunn Construction, leading external communications and national thought leadership efforts from July 2017 to May 2023. Prior to that, Katy worked at MMC Corp as a Marketing Communications Manager, overseeing company communications and managing content across multiple platforms from September 2014 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes the position of Senior Communications Specialist at Kiewit Power and Product Marketing/COPYwriter at Demdaco. Katy holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism/Communications with a minor in English from Loyola University New Orleans.
