Lance Bondy

Lance Bondy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business development and corporate trust. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at UMB Bank since May 2020, Lance has previously held prominent roles including Managing Director at U.S. Bank and Vice President at The Bank of New York Mellon, where responsibilities included managing relationships with US investment banks and overseeing global corporate trust. Prior experience includes positions at First Empire Securities, Bear Stearns, and service as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. Lance Bondy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from St. Lawrence University.
