Sheila Dziura

Sheila Dziura, CISM, CISA, currently serves as an IT/Operations Compliance Analyst II at UMB Bank, starting in April 2019, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of the IT and operational compliance program. Previously, Sheila held various roles at Waddell & Reed Corporate, LLC, including Audit Project Manager and Sr. IT Auditor, where responsibilities included managing internal controls testing for SOX 404 compliance and executing IT audits. Sheila's earlier experience includes serving as a Data Security Analyst and Disaster Recovery Coordinator. In the early stages of professional career, Sheila worked as a Correspondent Bank Analyst at United Missouri Bank, NA. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management in Computer Information Systems and Resources from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Park University.
