Spencer Kaullen

Spencer Kaullen serves as the VP and Card Product Manager at UMB Bank, overseeing Consumer and Business card programs, including the launch of a new Consumer credit card with cash-back rewards and the restructuring of a points-based credit card. Formerly, Spencer held positions such as VP of Consumer Digital Experience Manager and VP of Consumer Product Management for Deposits and Digital Channels, where responsibilities included developing a Digital Strategy guide and managing margins for the Consumer Deposit portfolio. Spencer's career began at Commerce Bancshares, Inc., working as a Treasury Services Product Manager and Credit Analyst. Spencer holds a BS in Accounting and Business Finance from Westminster College.
