Terry Watson

Terry Watson is a seasoned professional in the banking industry with extensive experience in instructional design and training. Currently serving as VP and Instructional Designer at UMB Bank since July 2008, Terry has held various roles including Bank Training Business Partner and Retail Training Officer, focusing on equipping managers and associates with the necessary skills for exceptional service delivery. Prior to UMB Bank, Terry was a Banking Center Manager at Bank of America from January 1993 to October 2007. Terry holds a degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Washburn University.
