Travis Lavender

Travis Lavender is a seasoned real estate and facilities management professional with over a decade of experience at UMB Bank, where Travis currently serves as SVP of Properties/Facilities, overseeing the operations of two million square feet of office and retail banking space and managing lease transactions and property sales. Prior roles at UMB Bank included VP of Property Portfolio Management and Project Manager, with responsibilities such as vendor management, contract negotiation, and invoice auditing. Prior to UMB Bank, Travis held a managerial position at Outback Steakhouse, overseeing a 16-member staff and ensuring compliance with health codes and product quality. Travis holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Park University, along with an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Metropolitan Community College.
