Chris Etienne is currently a Systems Support Technician at UMBC Training Centers since August 2022, with prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Thrive, where technical support was provided for K-12 students and faculty. Chris also served as a Deployment Technician at Trinity Health, assisting medical staff during the rollout of a new electronic medical records system. Earlier roles include working at Panera Bread, where customer service and order management skills were developed. Chris is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing at Western Governors University, following an Associate's degree in General Studies from Howard Community College.
