Raymond Chapman is an experienced professional in project management, currently serving as the Principal Owner of RLC & Associates since 2014, where expertise includes independent consulting and instruction in Enterprise Project Management and Earned Value Management. Additionally, Raymond has been a Contract Instructor in Project Management for UMBC Training Centers since 2014.
