Rob Symons

Rob Symons has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rob began their career as a Student at Mercy Ships in 2000, followed by a role as a DTS - School Leader at Mercy Ships in 2004. Rob then joined World Hope International in 2007, where they served as an Operations Manager - Southern Africa until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they held the position of Director of Economic Development at World Hope International. In 2012, they joined Umbono Capital as the Chief Financial Officer. Finally, in 2016, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Riverside Energy Michigan LLC and is currently in this role.

Rob Symons attended the University of Cape Town from 1993 to 1996, where they studied Accounting and Finance. Rob did not obtain a degree during this time. In January 2000, they obtained a certification called CA(SA) from SAICA CA(SA).
