Currently serving as Contracts Director at Umbra since March 2025, Jessica has previously held key leadership positions, including Vice President of Contracts at Red River and Government Contracts Lead at Applied Intuition. Demonstrated expertise includes managing high-value contracts, leading compliance initiatives, and enhancing organizational processes within government contracting frameworks.
