Sara Rouse

Sara Rouse has over 24 years of work experience in the IT field. Sara began their career in 1996 as a PC Technician for R&B Realty Group and a Customer Support Rep. for TeleTech. From 1997 to 2002, they were the Network Manager for North American Specialty Insurance Company, and then the IS Infrastructure Manager for Welland, Inc. from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they were the Director of Corporate Technology for Authoria, Inc., and then the Technical Services Manager for Neocomp Systems, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Director of IT for InTouch Health, and then the IT Manager for VSolvit from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, they have been the Director of IT for Applied Minds since 2018, and will be the Director of IT for Umbra beginning in 2021.

Sara Rouse has obtained two certifications in Cisco Networking and Microsoft Administration. Sara is certified as a Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). Additionally, they hold certifications in CCNA, MCSE, and CNA.
