We work towards honest and vulnerable confidence so you can lead yourself and other people in the most genuine way. We believe that if you can truly be comfortable with who you are and the choices you make, you can also take full responsibility for your leadership. And from there you can instill trust in others. 

There is not one perfect way to lead, except for the way that fits you. 

Umbrae stands for the inner and darkest places within your own shadow. We investigate what limits you and shed light on the unexplored area's in your self-leadership and professional leadership behaviour. We celebrate what is already there and learn what can be leveraged even more. We take the past and the future in to account, but focus on the here and now. 

The coaching takes place online and offline. We prefer to coach you on the job, in between the other responsibilities you carry, to get to the core of what is actually challenging you. 

Umbrae is always looking to expand its offerings. We often work with other parties to provide strategic assessments, leadership workshops and sessions focussed on team dynamics.
