Rocky Chiang

Rocky Chiang has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Rocky began their career as an Inventory Technician at PerkinElmer, Inc. in 2012 and then worked as a Laboratory Technician at JBS in the same year. In 2013, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Los Angeles in the Chemistry and Biochemistry Department. From 2016 to 2019, they were self-employed as a Tutor. In 2019, they became a Web and Android Developer at Accenture Interactive, where they worked with different groups of designers and developers to successfully deliver web or mobile apps to various companies. Rocky also led a couple of teams to create an internal application and mentored an apprentice web developer. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Umbrage.

Rocky Chiang obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Temple University between 2007 and 2012. Rocky then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles from 2013 to 2015. In 2018, Chiang attended the Flatiron School to become a Full Stack Web Developer.
