Yavuz Tor

Yavuz Tor has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and GIS. Yavuz is currently working as a Principal Application Developer at Umbrage since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Software Architect at GSFSGroup from August 2022 to May 2023. Before joining GSFSGroup, they worked as a Senior Developer at Umbrage from January 2022 to September 2022. Yavuz also has experience as a Sr Developer at GSFSGroup from March 2019 to January 2022 and as a Lead Developer at Contract Land Staff from October 2017 to March 2019. Yavuz started their career as a GIS Developer at RCS Corporation from April 2013 to March 2016 and then worked as a GIS Developer at URS Corporation from January 2012 to April 2013. Yavuz Tor also worked as a Technology Manager at S&B Infrastructure Private, Ltd. from July 2010 to January 2012 and as an IT/GIS Developer at S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. from September 2007 to July 2010.

Yavuz Tor pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Ege University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Yavuz then attended The University of Texas-Pan American and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 2001 to 2003.
