Guohai Zhang

Guohai Zhang is an experienced professional in the field of microelectronics, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Process Integration at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) since February 2004. Prior to this role, Guohai Zhang worked as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University from March 2002 to February 2004, focusing on the design and fabrication of SiC MESFET. Guohai Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Microelectronics from the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, obtained between 1999 and 2002, as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from Xi'an University of Technology, completed in 1999 and 1996, respectively.
