Dominic Strodes MSW, MA, LSW is an experienced professional in the field of social work, currently serving as the Director and Supervisor of Care Coordination for OhioRISE at UMCH Family Services since August 2022. Additionally, Dominic is a Field Liaison for The Ohio State University's College of Social Work since January 2022 and a Mobile Crisis Therapist at Recovery and Wellness Centers of Midwest Ohio since November 2021. Previous roles include serving as an Adult Care Unit Social Worker for Mental Health Services for Clark and Madison County, an Adjunct Professor at Clark State Community College, and various positions focusing on crisis intervention, youth therapy, and family advocacy. Dominic holds a Master's in Social Work from Walden University and a Master's in Criminal Justice from Urbana University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Social Work from The University of Toledo.

UMCH Family Services is a comprehensive children’s mental health and child welfare agency that helps families stay together, reunify or become new forever families. We work with hundreds of children and parents across Ohio through our Mental Health, Treatment Foster Care, Adoption and Post-Adoption programs. As a ministry of the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church, we expand the impact of our mission “to strengthen our community by providing care, nurture and treatment for hurting children and families” through trauma-informed care, counseling, psychiatry, community-based programming, treatment foster care, adoption and parenting supports in an evidence-based practice environment.
