Matt Mifflin

Matt has been around UMC his entire life, in fact, his family founded University Plumbing and Heating in 1920, now UMC. Matt formally joined UMC in 1993 and hasn’t looked back since. His background as a Local 32 plumber, innovative mindset that is always pushing UMC to the next level, and ability to motivate crews on all jobs big and small are unmatched. His approach? Clear communication, passion for what they do, enthusiasm for his people, and setting an example.
