Troy has more than 22 years of experience working within mechanical design and construction for the building industry with various roles in energy consulting, project management, and business development. As UMC’s Director of Development, Troy is responsible for leading the Project Executive team and overseeing the Preconstruction team, led by David Malone. Having the opportunity to lead projects and teams that help clients connect with the world in meaningful ways from concept through construction is what gets him excited every day.
