Ross Williams

Ross Williams has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ross is currently the Managing Director at Umergence, a broker-dealer and investment banking firm. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Principal at Oak Lane Capital. Ross also held the position of Managing Director of Private Equity at Moody Capital Solutions, Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Director in Boston Institutional Equities at Avondale Partners, Arete Research, and Credit Suisse. Ross began their career in the United States Navy, where they served as a Naval Aviator and later as an Admiral's Staff Officer. Ross'swork in the Navy involved flying missions worldwide and holding a top secret security clearance.

Ross Williams has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire. Ross also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In addition, they engaged in a postgraduate program in Military Aviation at the United States Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.
