Lawrence J. A.

Lawrence J. A. is an accomplished academic and engineering professional with significant experience in higher education and network engineering. Currently serving as Collegiate Faculty at the University of Maryland Global Campus since 2017, Lawrence J. A. has also held adjunct faculty positions at George Mason University from 2022 to 2024 and at Colorado State University Global from 2012 to 2023. Prior to transitioning into academia, Lawrence J. A. worked as a Network Engineer/Architect for Verizon from 2007 to 2010 and as a Network Security Engineer and Electrical/RF Engineer for various firms between 2000 and 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from George Mason University, a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology/Assurance from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
