Michael Watts

Michael Watts serves as the Senior Technical Lead for Salesforce Operations and Delivery Excellence at the University of Maryland Global Campus, specializing in CRM modernization efforts, governance, and data integrity within Salesforce. Prior to this role, Michael held similar positions at AccelerEd, where responsibilities included operational excellence across various Salesforce platforms. Previous experience includes roles as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Systems Analyst at Kite Realty Group, and varied technical roles at PTS Diagnostics and Blackbaud, including project management and customer support. Michael's career began with technical roles in the US Navy, focusing on data link planning and radar operations. Michael holds an Associate of Science in Information Systems from Trident Technical College and an Associates of Arts in General Studies from the University of Phoenix.
