Siyabonga Dube

Siyabonga Dube has a strong background in graphic design and digital marketing. Siyabonga started their career in 2004 as a Graphic Designer at ePages.net before moving on to Independent Newspapers as a Graphic Artist. In 2006, Siyabonga joined Adapt IT Holdings as a Team Lead Graphic and Web Design, later becoming a Creative Head and Digital Marketing Specialist. Siyabonga subsequently worked at Umgeni Water - Amanzi as a Graphic Designer and then at eThekwini Municipality as a Senior Graphic Designer and later as a Digital Media Coordinator. Siyabonga is currently serving as the Graphic Design - Team Lead at uMngeni-uThukela Water and will be joining Lamontville Socio-Economic Development as a Brand Manager - Volunteer in 2023.

Siyabonga Dube has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their high school education at Okumhlophe High School. Siyabonga then went on to pursue a Certificate in Arts and Design Foundation Course at Durban University of Technology in 2000. From 2001 to 2003, they obtained a National Diploma in Graphic Design from the same university. In 2014, Siyabonga attended the Digital Marketing Institute and obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing. During the same year, they also earned a Certificate in Intermediate Photography from Vega School and a Certificate in HTML5 & CSS3 Masterclass from Web Design Academy. Their educational journey continued as they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Management, Marketing, Financial Management and Research Methodology at Durban University of Technology from 2017 to 2018.
