T.C. Sheppard

T.C. Sheppard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2006, Sheppard worked at Memphis One, Inc. as an Accounts Payable & Receivable professional until August 2012. In the same year, Sheppard joined The Apostolic Church as a Minister of Music and became the Church Administrator/Treasurer in January 2007. In 2013, Sheppard joined UMH Properties, Inc. as an Assistant to the VP of Sales & Finance and held that position until December 2020. Sheppard then transitioned to a Mortgage Loan Originator role in March 2016 and was most recently appointed as the Vice President of Consumer Finance in January 2021.

T.C. Sheppard obtained a High School Diploma from Lighthouse Christian Academy in the years between 2004 and 2007. From 2010 to 2011, they attended Dyersburg State Community College and studied Business Administration and Management, though no degree was mentioned. In 2011, they also completed an Affiliate Broker Course at PRO Real Estate School. Later, in 2015, T.C. Sheppard earned the degree of NMLS PE in Finance from LoanOfficerSchool.com. Additionally, in April 2017, they obtained a certification with the NMLS ID# from NMLS.
