Gudrun Lilja Kristinsdottir

Gudrun Lilja Kristinsdottir is an experienced professional in the field of environmental science, currently serving as the CEO of the Nordic Swan Ecolabel at the Umhverfis- og orkustofnun, the Icelandic Environment and Energy Agency, since December 2014. Gudrun has previously held positions as the CEO of the Nordic Swan Ecolabel in Iceland and as a specialist focusing on certification processes, audits, marketing, and sales related to the Nordic Swan Ecolabelling. Additionally, Gudrun led a department dedicated to climate and green communities. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Manager and Researcher at Icelandic New Energy from January 2007 to December 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Háskóli Íslands, supplemented by studies at the University of Gothenburg.
