Annette Vendryes Leach serves as the President of MindPress Media, LLC since 2013, overseeing publishing services and book coaching for authors. Concurrently, Annette holds the position of Vice President for the Book Division at Urban Ministries, Inc. since January 2015, where manuscript reviews and publishing services are provided. As a freelance Senior Copywriter at Pulsar Advertising since 2011, Annette contributed to winning a three-year contract with MTA. Annette is also an accomplished author, with works including the novel "Song of the Shaman" and the non-fiction handbook "The Pocket Self-Publisher." Previous experience includes roles as a Publications Consultant at Urban Ministries, Inc. (2002-2005), freelance copywriter for various agencies (1995-2002), Creative Director at Spier New York (2000-2001), and founder of the Black Literary Club (1994-2001). Annette's education includes a BS in Creative Writing and Comparative Religion from The New School and further studies at the School of Visual Arts.
