Andrea Krause

Andrea Krause, MSEd, CPHQ, LSSGB, currently serves as the Director of Quality Business Operations at the University of Miami Health System. Prior to this, Andrea held roles as Manager of Business Operations at the University of Miami UHealth System and Medical Recruiter at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Andrea has also worked as a Contract Recruiter at Simply Healthcare Plans, a Human Resources Consultant at Aperio Group Inc., and a Consulting HR Manager at Adriana Hoyos. With a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Andrea has a background in recruitment, strategic hiring, and aligning company goals with successful outcomes.
