Jen Rico

Jen Rico, MBA, has a wealth of experience in finance and management roles spanning over the years. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at University of Miami Health System, Jen previously held positions such as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Senior Manager of Quality and Risk, Contracts and Audit Manager, and Behavioral Health Services Manager at South Florida Behavioral Health Network, Inc. Prior to that, Jen worked as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Village South. With an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Florida International University, Jen also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Leadership certificate from ATTC Network w/ USDA Graduate School.
