Kristen Murphy

Kristen Murphy is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for The Office of Patient Experience at the University of Miami Health System since December 2019. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of Executive Director for The Office of Patient Experience at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine & University of Miami Health System from September 2018 to December 2019. Kristen's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Brigham and Women's Hospital from February 2000 to September 2018, encompassing administration, patient family relations, practice management, residency coordination, and physician services. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Quinnipiac University between 1995 and 1999.
