Rubi Salomon is a Patient Concierge Navigator at the University of Miami Health System since September 2019, specializing in building partnerships with local community physicians to enhance the referral process for patients requiring urgent care. Prior to this role, Rubi served as a Patient Access Representative, managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring positive experiences in a healthcare call center. Before joining the University of Miami, Rubi worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant at PYB LAW in 2018-2019, assisting with administrative tasks and supporting legal staff in maintaining organized workflows. Rubi holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bergen Community College.
