Alisyn Malek

Alisyn Malek is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the mobility sector and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Mentor in Residence at the University of Michigan, Alisyn supports researchers in commercializing their ideas. As the Founder and CEO of Middle Third, Alisyn helps clarify the future of mobility and vehicle electrification, while also advising at Ottopia and managing Corktown Studios, an artist collective in Detroit. Previous roles include Managing Director at Newlab Detroit, Founder and Advisor of the Coalition for Reimagined Mobility, and participation in various boards and forums. Alisyn holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and advanced degrees in Energy Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
